THURSDAY // OCTOBER 24
‍Arrive in Los Cabos, relax, and enjoy the evening. The Four Seasons will have various tours, activities, and dining options on site throughout the weekend. Transportation from the airport can also be arranged.

FRIDAY // OCTOBER 25
‍During the day you will have three group activities to opt into including golf, water activities, and a cocktail class. Additionally, your reservation includes discounts at the spa. 

On site, you have access to the gym, pool, beach, and multiple dining options to enjoy throughout the day. 

Friday night we will gather together for our kick-off fiesta. The event will be outdoors, overlooking the ocean and will include dinner, drinks, live music, and some amazing programming to kick-off our time together. 

ATTIRE: Colorful coastal. (Bright colors and your best Mexican flair are encouraged. See attire examples here.)

SATURDAY // OCTOBER 26
During the day, you'll have 3 optional group activities including water activities, a cooking class, and a tequila tasting. Additionally, your reservation includes discounts at the spa. 

On site, you have access to the gym, pool, beach, and multiple dining options to enjoy throughout the day. 

Saturday night, we will gather together for the premier event of the weekend: our 10-year anniversary gala. Here, we’ll celebrate the past decade and invest in the next one. The event will start on the Casona Terrace with a cocktail reception and immediately will flow into the main event in the Casona lobby.

ATTIRE: Black tie optional.

What is the attire for the weekend?

The only events with specific dress codes are Friday and Saturday evenings.

Friday Evening: The theme is "Colorful Coastal" – think cocktail attire with a fiesta flair. The event will be outdoors on a lawn - stilettos not recommended. You can find more inspiration here.

Saturday Evening: This event is black-tie optional. We'll start outdoors for cocktail hour before moving indoors.

When can I sign up for additional activities?

There are two types of additional activities:

Activities that do not require advance sign-up: These will be listed in your two-week-out itinerary and upon arrival.

Activities that require advance sign-up: These should be selected during your two-months-out registration. (Sent via email)

Can I bring my kids?

Yes, a few guests are bringing their kids. The Four Seasons offers children's activities during the day, and we'll have some accommodations during the evening programming.

Who else is attending?

We'll have about 120 of our top donors, partners, and friends. You'll enjoy meeting other exceptional leaders helping to shape the future of New Story.

What do I need to pack?

Pack everything you'd typically bring for a Cabo vacation! This includes outfits for Friday and Saturday evenings, comfortable clothes to enjoy the property and activities, and a bathing suit for the pool and beach.
